1. Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom orders such as chain slings or wire rope assemblies.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- PPE and height safety equipment return will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Return Process:

- Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, or the item received is defective.
4. Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
