Product Description
The Austlift 220T Soft Shackle is engineered for extreme heavy-duty vehicle and equipment recovery applications, providing a high-strength, lightweight and flexible alternative to large traditional steel recovery shackles.
Manufactured from 100% UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene), this 40mm soft shackle is designed for demanding recovery operations involving large mining, earthmoving, agricultural and heavy transport equipment. Its exceptional strength-to-weight characteristics make it considerably easier to transport, handle and position than comparable heavy steel recovery hardware.
The flexible synthetic construction allows the shackle to be positioned around suitable recovery points, while the protective outer sheath helps resist abrasion and wear. The soft construction also reduces metal-to-metal contact, helping minimise potential damage to compatible recovery equipment and recovery points.
UV resistant for outdoor applications, the shackle is supplied with a safety information tag for identification and correct use.
