Product Description
The Austlift 151T Soft Shackle is designed for extreme heavy-duty vehicle and equipment recovery applications, providing a high-strength, lightweight and flexible alternative to traditional steel recovery shackles.
Manufactured from 100% UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene), this 34mm soft shackle is suited to demanding recovery operations involving large mining, earthmoving, agricultural and heavy transport equipment. Its exceptional strength-to-weight characteristics make it considerably easier to transport, handle and position than comparable heavy steel recovery hardware.
The flexible synthetic construction allows the shackle to be positioned around suitable recovery points, while the protective outer sheath helps resist abrasion and wear. By eliminating a heavy metal connection at the recovery point, the soft shackle also reduces metal-to-metal contact and helps minimise potential damage to compatible recovery equipment.
UV resistant for outdoor applications, the shackle is supplied with a safety information tag for identification and correct use.
